Dr. Richard Maloney specializes solely in Facial Plastic Surgery and Multimodality
Laser Surgery. Dr. Maloney is certified by both the American Board of Facial Plastic
and Reconstructive surgery and the American Board of Otolaryngology-Head and
Neck Surgery.
Dr. Maloney believes that facial plastic and cosmetic surgery demands the
concentrated experience only achieved by a specialist in the face and neck.
Dr. Maloney has over 30 years of experience in private practice. First building a successful practice in Erie, Pa and relocating to Naples, Florida in 1994 to build The Aesthetic Surgery Center with his wife Diane.
A researcher as well as a clinician Dr. Maloney has been a developer of both laser and endoscopic applications in plastic surgery. His work with CO2 lasers began in 1976. He has served as chief investigator for numerous laser application systems for CO2, Argon, Nd:YAG, ER:YAG and Krypton lasers used in Facial surgery.
Dr. Maloney has performed Endoscopic Surgery since 1985 and Endoplastic surgery since 1991 satisfying a patients desire for natural facial rejuvenation and a minimally invasive technique. He believes each patients plan for rejuvenation should be tailored to their own unique need and goal.
Dr. Maloney has an extensive experience with Botox™ beginning in 1988 in the face and neck regions. He has been featured on ABC, CBS, NBC and Fox news as a recognized expert in Facial Plastic Surgery, Botox™ and facial fillers.
Dr. Maloney has an avid interest in skin rejuvenation and skin care. Since 1982 he has developed numerous therapeutic skin care products.
