Dr. Mark A. Sibley is a board-certified specialist in refractive and corneal surgery. Dr. Sibley has extensive experience in LASIK
and Premium lens implants, having performed thousands of refractive procedures, including over 20,000 cataract surgeries. Dr. Sibley
received his medical degree from Meharry Medical College in Nashville and went on to residency training in Ophthalmology at the
University of Alabama and Harvard Medical College. He is a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, the American College of
Surgeons, and the American Academy of Eye Surgeons. Dr. Sibley is also a Board-Certified Diplomate of the American Board of Ophthalmology
and the National Board of Medical Examiners.
Dr. Sibley has over 22 years of experience in refractive and corneal surgery and has been dedicated to vision correction since 1996.
He is widely recognized as an expert in his field and has received various physician awards. Additionally, he is a founding member of
several organizations devoted to eye health, including Optic Foundation, Suncoast Medical Clinic, Diabetic Retinopathy Task Force of
Florida, Florida Eye Center and the National Eye Health Care Month. Dr. Sibley has also served as the team eye physician for the
Tampa Bay Rays Major League Baseball team.
As a native of Florida, Dr. Sibley is passionate about providing quality vision care to the Gulf Coast community and is committed to
